Uplifted Youth

The future of travel, trade, and commerce needs a new generation of people to discover and define; the transformation of the industry will also need a combination of young talent and veteran workforce to coin. Youth development is our major core, and FTCCA will provide programs to educate and prepare youths to become the new explorers of the seas and fearless pioneers in the new age of global trade.

The continuation of the tradition:

The Fujian-Taiwan region has always been a meeting point of multi-cultural interaction with people coming from different places. This unique geographic location and its long maritime history have created a diverse pool of talents trained in multiple disciplines always ready for international commerce. The same model of skill training and enterprise building has passed down for generations and been brought overseas by FT immigrants to build new homes and communities. As the world becomes more connected and digitized, youth training, and education for entrepreneurs of tomorrow need to change to meet new demands of the future market.

The emphasis on new-age social responsibility will always be the core value in our new generation of talent and young entrepreneurs.

FTCCA cherishes the traditional cultural value of a strong work ethic, openness to exchange, and commercial building; at the same time, the association understands the need to transform industries and trade models to compete successfully in a new interconnected and highly automated world. A versatile platform is needed to promote strategic dialogues with partners in key industries and cultural areas to create a new economic driving force that will shape the marine culture and trade dynamics of tomorrow. Youth training is core in our mission and we intend to develop and work with groups of international youth, to provide them with platforms to explore and learn, and to write a new chapter in the story of FUTAI adventures overseas.
